Shoutout to all those black kids in predominantly white environments who had to learn how to navigate when they were too “black” for white spaces and too “white” for black spaces.  

Then there’s the weird little pocket where you’re too “white” for white spaces because they’re projecting their hip hop fantasies on you, and too “black” for some black space because they can’t get the Talented Tenth spoon out their asses. Kudos to black kids living in a societal clusterfuck and making it through.
